Ankylosing Spondylitis Peer Support

													
National Anklyosing Spondylitis Society (NASS) branches provide peer-led support/self help groups for people aged 18 or over with a UK diagnosis of AS. These groups offer weekly access to exercise sessions supervised by qualified health care professionals. Also offered are group physiotherapy sessions, in a gym, under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist, but also an opportunity to both educate and support newly diagnosed patients with AS.
